Liberty House

Boasting unsurpassed views of the New York City skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty, and Liberty Landing Marina. Liberty House, located inside historic Liberty State Park, offers two distinctly unique event spaces complete with private entrances, separate pre-function rooms, lush gardens, and outdoor patio spaces.

Hudson House

Contemporary with clean lines and a focus on our unsurpassed panoramic views. Situated at the end of Port Liberté in Jersey City, NJ, this structure is an arm’s length away from the Hudson River and boasts a panoramic view of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Verrazano Bridges, and of course the NYC Skyline.

The View

The ambitious site plan creatively incorporates aspects of the property’s legacy into its contemporary design. Adaptive reuse of the stone façade, timber beams, and antique fixtures from the original 1929 Lincoln Lodge are featured visual elements of the new property. Nestled in the center of Lincoln Park- the oldest and largest of the Hudson County Parks- this venue offers two event spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking a majestic pond and fountain.

Felina is one of New Jersey’s most celebrated restaurants. The airy industrial space houses a restaurant that is both sleek and reflective of Italian-inspired cuisine. The interplay of textures and color bring life and vibrancy that solidifies its place in the center of the Village of Ridgewood. Felina’s hip and beautiful setting lends itself to an energetic scene in downtown.

Village Hall

Originally opened in 1894, this historical treasure is in the heart of the diverse and vibrant downtown South Orange. The architectural design celebrates and highlights different aspects of the original building. The new design focuses on incorporating a hospitable warmth while introducing contemporary comfort, mixing old and new expertly.

Banq on Parq

Built in the late 1920’s, this bank was considered the “Hollywood of the East” and represented opulence and wealth. This repurposed and historic bank building is filled with brass, gold, and marble detailing. Banq on Parq is a multi-level event space, that is set on the cornerstone of this urban downtown area.
