Jonathan is an operator with vast experience, a background in culinary operations, business, logistics, hospitality and facilities. Jonathan was the General Manager for Landmark Hospitalities flag ship, The Liberty House, for 5 years. His experiences as a District Manager with a global company, Bowlmor AMF, and Culinary District Manager for Tiff’s Bar & Grill and Johnny Carinos rounds off his 24 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Jonathan Hunterton has experience with coordinating and executing events with guest counts in thousands, interaction and coordination with production firms and has been apart of 21 new openings.

Mary Beth started her hospitality career as a pastry chef at The Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in downtown Philadelphia and then owned and operated an off-site catering business serving the Montgomery and Bucks County area. Mary Beth has over 20 years of experience with corporate events, working at Marriott, Westin and Hyatt hotels in the Princeton area. Planning executive dinners, multi-day retreats, product launches, holiday parties… events and experiences ranging from 10 guests to thousands. Her goal is to give personal service on every level and represent the best properties. In her spare time she still loves to cook, especially teaching cooking classes to youth and people struggling with illnesses.
