As the son of a French chef, Eric Martin grew up eating well and learning early about the value of fresh ingredients prepared simply and carefully. After graduating from the CIA in New York State, Eric worked in Paris with Joel Robuchon and then returned to Manhattan, where he worked at the Le Cirque, the Parker Meridian and Les Celebrites, among others. A relocation to central New Jersey in the late 90's found Eric working at Stage Left in New Brunswick and then as the executive chef at Rat's Restaurant, before working with Landmark Hospitality at Snug Harbor. Eric brings his passion for local, fresh ingredients and a French sensibility to the Hotel du Village, creating memorable experiences for exceptional occasions.

Lindsay’s professional demeanor and attention to detail allow her to go above and beyond in planning memorable experiences for her clients. She strives to exceed expectations and has experience in styling both small and large-scale events.
Group Sales Manager
Focusing mainly on client relations, sales, marketing, and promotion, Kate loves the feeling of community her role provides her. She helps coordinate all weddings and social events held at Hotel du Village, the Mill, along with all Crave catered events.

A strong reputation for trustworthiness and fairness has followed Kristen throughout her 18-year career in sales. One of her favorite parts of her job is the strong relationships she’s built with both clients and fellow employees.
