A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, Chef Paller brings over 15 years of experience to the table. In addition to his current role as executive chef at Hotel Du Village, he also helps to run Landmark’s catering service Crave.
Gabriel executes each event as if it was his own. As a five-year veteran of the industry, there is nothing he loves more than making memories and turning guests’ dreams into reality. He is often complimented on his professionalism and meticulousness.
