Kaitlyn got ready with her girls in our Bridal Suite while Richard and his groomsmen hung out in our Cigar Lounge, which are both conveniently located on the property. Our bright and airy Bridal Suite is fully equipped with four hair and make-up stations with LED mirrors, plenty of seating, and a private bathroom. The Cigar Lounge allows for pre-wedding brews, and features a foosball table with comfortable lounge seating throughout. Both suites act as the perfect backdrop for photos with your bridal parties!
The First Look
The couple shared their first look moment outside in our lush green gardens. Kaitlyn and Richard privately read their handwritten vows to one another, adding an extra special touch to a moment that was already so meaningful. These are the moments we live for!
They proceeded to take stunning portraits throughout the property, and even had two special furry visitors!
Kaitlyn and Richard said their “I Do’s” outside on the patio of our Colt Ballroom. The arch and aisle decor was designed by We Are Wildflowers, which featured a dreamy Fall color palette including terracotta, beige, rust, and pale pink, with the perfect boho touch of pampas grass throughout.
After the ceremony, guests made their way into the Colt Ballroom for cocktail hour, which featured passed hors d’oeuvres and stations by our amazing Executive Chef, Christine Ayers, and her talented team. Guests also had access to the outdoor patio, which features a large custom-made fire pit!
Reception & Sparkler Send-Off
Cocktail hour was followed by a fun night of dinner and dancing with sounds by DJ Lady FX of Scratch Weddings. The glowing ballroom was filled with tapered candles and touches of greenery throughout, with terracotta linen napkins to match. Kaitlyn, Richard and their guests danced the night away, and closed out their special day with a sparkler send-off.
We are beyond grateful Kaitlyn and Richard chose Hotel du Village to host their big day. Cheers to a lifetime of love and happiness K + R!
