Aside from the rare glimpse into a busy four-star kitchen, the focal point of this space is a dramatic iron and crystal chandelier centered under vaulted ceilings. This spectacular room can accommodate 2-10 guests for a seated Chef’s Tasting Dinner. Each course of gourmet farm-to-table cuisine is personally presented by our Executive Chef, Craig Polignano.
